Nutrition & Diet Consultation – Mercer County, New Jersey

When it comes to the food we eat, we no doubt live in confusing times. Never before have we had as much conclusive research on nutrition and diet. But at the same time, there are more overweight Americans than ever before. It’s ironic and unfortunate. But it doesn’t have to be that way for you.

What have I discovered through my work? An overwhelming amount of miseducation, manipulation and small mistakes that have added up to a diet disaster for most of us. Example: Almost all of us were in the dark regarding the appalling amount of hydrogenated fats and added sugars dumped into mass produced foods over the past 30 years. Practically none of us knew that highly processed corn syrup and white flour were highly toxic to our bodies.

All of this has been very disturbing for sure, but the time has come for us to take back our diets, our bodies, take control over the foods we purchase and eat…and never look back.

My Approach

Nutrition Plate

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

Nutrition Game Plan

So how does my nutrition and diet consultation program work? First, I’ll request a food diary for 3 days for evaluation purposes. Modifications on what you eat, portions and timing of meals will be assessed. What you eat accounts for about 75% of body composition change. This is huge! Without changing this component of your life, you will not see changes in your body shape and weight.

When you sign-up for a nutrition consultation, you will receive a Nutrition Game Plan which has the benefits as described below.
