My online nutrition program provides the tools necessary to design a weekly meal plan of foods that you like. How often have you seen a meal plan in a magazine or book that has foods that you do not eat or even like? Do you know how to substitute? This online program teaches you how to substitute healthy options, allows you to stay in your recommended calorie range and shows you the best food choices to get a balanced meal inclusive of all of the vitamins, minerals and healthy range of fats, protein and carbohydrates your body needs.
